Pioneers Medical Center is seeking a part-time Environmental Services hire to maintain sanitary housing units and support residents. The role emphasizes safety, professional conduct, and adherence to confidentiality policies.

You will perform move-in/out cleaning and basic upkeep to ensure clean, safe facilities for tenants and staff. Candidates must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience is required.

Reports to: Director of Environmental Services FLSA Classification: PRN, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Essential Functions

• Follow established procedures to maintain housing units in a sanitary, safe, and attractive condition at all times, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Practice continuous safety precautions to protect residents, visitors, and employees.
• Dispose of waste in designated containers according to established protocols.
• Maintain carpets, flooring, and stairwells in clean and serviceable condition.
• Perform assigned cleaning duties using appropriate chemicals and equipment, including thorough move-in and move-out cleaning before and after tenant occupancy.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of assigned housing facilities, including stairwells and entrance windows.

Education and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience not required.
