Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring Environmental Services Technicians (EST) in Lawrenceville, GA. Earn an hourly rate while performing cleaning duties to keep the store presentable for customers. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with defined 10-hour shifts across days.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping and polishing, using buffers/floor scrubbers, and handling trash and restroom cleaning. Prior custodial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodations.
• The ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• The ability to bend, reach and grasp throughout the work day.
• One or more years of housekeeping, janitorial or custodian experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep stores clean through dusting, mopping, sweeping and polishing.
• Operate buffers and floor scrubbers as trained.
• Handle trash and bathroom cleaning activities.
• Follow task outlines and comply with ISO regulations and company/state policies for safe operations.
