Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an Environmental Services Technician for our Lawrenceville store. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with duties focused on keeping the store clean through housekeeping and janitorial tasks to create a welcoming shopping environment.

You’ll learn to operate buffers and floor scrubbers, handle trash and bathrooms, and follow task outlines while complying with applicable policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years housekeeping, janitorial, or custodian experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods; bend, reach and grasp throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, mopping, sweeping and polishing to keep stores clean.
• Train to use buffers and floor scrubbers.
• Manage trash and bathroom cleaning duties as part of daily tasks.
• Follow task outlines and comply with ISO regulations and company/state policies.
