Mercy - Rogers is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across the healthcare facility, ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance. The role supports a healthy environment conducive to patient healing and well-being.

This full-time position requires prior hospital environmental services experience and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with a focus on customer interactions and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prior Hospital Environmental service experience. Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions. Previous experience with performing manual tasks. Prior experience working with the public; customer service.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
