• Operate manual, battery-powered, and electric equipment such as floor cleaners and vacuums. Maintain and store equipment safely.
• Handle and dispose of waste streams and soiled linens properly.
• Complete discharge room cleans promptly.
• Follow hospital safety, risk management, and infection control practices.
• Report maintenance and refurbishing needs.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and repairs.
