Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Technician Lead to supervise EVS staff in the absence of the supervisor and maintain a consistently clean and safe hospital environment.

You will oversee daily EVS operations, mentor staff, and ensure tasks meet the highest standards while upholding professionalism and integrity among patients, physicians, visitors, volunteers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Understanding of verbal or written communications and instructions
• Must be able to interpret written warnings as posted on doorways and chemicals
• Requires use of judgment making decisions adherent to standard
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Continuous contact with cleaning solution

As our Environmental Services Technician Lead, you will lead the work of Environmental Services employees in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring the hospital's environment is consistently clean and safe.
Every day you will oversee EVS operations, mentor staff, and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards, while continuously demonstrating courteous and professional behavior towards patients, physicians, visitors, volunteers, and other employees, aligning with the Hospital's mission, vision, and values.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, a meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety, and a proven ability to motivate and guide a team while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Job Requirements
