Qualifications

• Ability to use computer and prefer supervisory experience.
• Attend all monthly departmental meetings or review meeting minutes.
• Annually attend Infection Control and Safety In-services as specified in personnel policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
• Plan and coordinate cleaning projects and room turnover.
• Ensure safety, supply control, and proper training.
• Assist with staff selection, scheduling, and timecard approvals.
• Support Joint Commission (TJC) compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
