Job summary

Park MGM is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a team responsible for cleaning, upkeep, and guest-ready environments across the casino, public areas, and offices. You will schedule, coach, and respond to guest concerns to uphold MGM Resorts' cleanliness standards and WOW moments.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in EVS/PAD, is 21+, and demonstrates outstanding customer service and teamwork. Park MGM offers benefits, dining privileges, parking, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Two years of prior relevant experience in EVS/PAD preferred.
• Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Provide direction and support to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the casino, public areas, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Manage employee questions and guest concerns, ensuring all department procedures, policies, and service standards are followed during the shift.
• Conduct daily inspections, pre-shift briefings, and team updates; provide training, coaching, and facilitate required compliance training as needed.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with Facilities to address property maintenance issues.
