Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation seeks an experienced Environmental Services Director for The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC. Lead floor technicians, housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain cleanliness across the facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will supervise cleaning routines, manage supplies and chemicals per procedures, coordinate staff schedules and PTO, and monitor budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor technicians, housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain cleanliness across the facility.
• Assist the team in routine cleaning of residents' rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobby, lounge, restrooms and corridors.
• Demonstrate ability to utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure for laundry, housekeeping, and floor care.
• Assist with residents' clothing and inventory.
• Move residents’ personal items for discharges/room changes.
• Manage staffing schedules, daily hours, and paid time off requests.
• Maintain spend down logs according to budget.
