Maintain morale and high productivity. Cover responsibilities in the absence of a student employee. Confirm that employees are compliant with OSHA safety standards and have current Safety Data Sheet information.**Maintain Awareness of Facility Needs** Conduct regular area inspections and communicate results with student employees. Conduct area inspections for damage or maintenance problems and submit online requests for repairs as needed. Maintain orderly custodial areas, order custodial supplies for student crews, and be familiar with chemical use and information.**Maintain General Files** Keep proper documentation for all assigned student employees. Keep building information and event files updated. Keep supervisory material current and accurate.**Complete Special Projects and Training** Complete certifications or specialized training recommended by managers.
