Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking an Environmental Services Cleaning Specialist to maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including common and guest spaces, with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will operate cleaning equipment, follow policies, manage supplies, and coordinate with supervision to ensure high standards across the property.

This on-site role in California requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety in a smoke-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience
• One year certificate from college or technical school
• Equivalent combination of experience and education

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all department and property operating policies and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Uses equipment like pan and broom, vacuum, Unger kits, small scrubbers.
• Ensures equipment is used and maintained properly.
• Follows safety guidelines including protective equipment and proper chemical use.
• Cooperates with peers, supervisors and guests.
• Performs duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains proper pars and stock levels.
• Reports problems or unusual matters to supervisor.
• Informs supervision of needed support, supplies or repairs.
• Supports courtesy and customer service guidelines.
• Keeps storage areas and carts clean and organized.

Education
