Job summary

Senior LIFE in Ebensburg and Indiana, PA is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Manager to lead the Environmental Services arm of the center. You will oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance, report to the Executive Director, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Environmental Services Department goals and objectives.
• Address problems efficiently as they arise.
• Research, recommend and purchase facilities equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate fire drills and train staff on disaster safety.
• Coordinate medical equipment delivery to in-home members.
• Maintain and repair homebound members' medical equipment.
• Update safety data sheets as required.
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies.
