This position utilizes various equipment and chemicals to ensure the overall sanitation meets of the accreditation requirements. **Essential Responsibilities** The following description of responsibilities to be performed is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. General Cleaning Duties • Vacuuming • Dusting • Moping • Deep Floor Cleaning • Window Washing • Keep required areas stocked • General outdoor duties such as shoveling snow Waste Removal • Day to day trash removal from the building • Recycling garbage sorted and placed in appropriate disposal area • Hazardous waste handled and disposed according to guidelines Communication • Communicate between all team members in regards to daily/nightly tasks • Possess awareness to any maintenance issues that need to be addressed and communicate those issues to the Facility Manager • Address the housekeeping needs of the clinic staff in regards to patients, employees, and Providers **Other Responsibilities** • Perform all other related duties as assigned in a professional and responsive manner • Demonstrate the ability to use relevant equipment • Support, understand, and promote Alomere Health’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures • Ability to meet the work schedule requirements with flexibility dependent upon the needs of the department • Foster respectful working relationships with professional colleagues, patients, families, and general public regardless of age, gender, lifestyle, culture, beliefs, race, socioeconomic class, or ability## Qualifications**Required Qualifications** • No formal training or set educational requirements **Union Position**No
