Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment in Waddell, AZ seeks an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead daily EVS operations, manage staff, train new attendants, and ensure quality and safety on the casino floor.

Under the direction of the Shift Manager, you will plan schedules, enforce TOGE policies, supervise hiring and payroll, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning methods and inventory control to provide a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years supervisory/lead experience in environmental services.
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; gaming license required.
• Must follow TOGE policies, safety rules, and continuous training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Environmental Services activities including staff assignments and training.
• Ensure adherence to TOGE and department policies.
• Plan schedules, monitor performance, and manage payroll entries.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory; ensure safety standards.
• Coach staff and train on cleaning procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Prepare reports and resolve day-to-day issues.
