Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino • Resort • Spa is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial team member to perform cleaning across casino interiors and exteriors, including restrooms. The role includes floor care, litter removal, equipment operation, and setup for events, with opportunities to assist in supervision as needed.

Must have 3 years of custodial experience, be able to communicate in English, and hold a valid California driver’s license. Local travel across the property may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of custodial experience including experience with specialized cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from California.

Responsibilities

• Clean the Casino interior and exterior areas, including restrooms.
• Perform general floor care (strip, wax, sweep, mop, vacuum; clean carpets).
• Remove litter from parking lots and surrounding areas of the casino property.
• Operate and maintain heavy cleaning equipment (street sweeper, power wash, genie lifts, pallet jacks).
• Assist in moving storage items, furniture, and supplies as needed.
• Wash, clean and vacuum company vehicles.
• Set up function rooms and event center furniture (tables, chairs, stages).
• Assist in other Housekeeping areas as needed.
• May prepare daily rotations and assign projects per EVS Supervisor.
• Comply with SOPs and internal controls; provide excellent guest service.
