Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites applications for an Environmental Services Manager in Training in Knoxville, TN. The program is structured and paid for 12 weeks, teaching you to manage environmental services in a long‑term care facility with hands-on and computer-based training.

You will learn to supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Must have computer skills with ability to maintain records and complete reports.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
