Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join as an Environmental Services Manager in Training, a paid 12-week program designed to prepare you to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care in a long-term care facility. You will learn hands-on operations and computer-based training while developing leadership and operations skills.

In this role you will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, maintain records, and communicate with facility administrators,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to use computer-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
