Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Training to learn to manage an account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility.

This 12-week paid program combines hands-on and computer-based training to develop you into an environmental services leader in a healthcare setting. We are committed to excellence and improving resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills to maintain records and complete reports.
• Residency within the service area required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
