Healthcare Services Group is seeking an Environmental Services Manager in Training in Tampa, FL. The 12-week paid program will teach you to manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations at a long‑term care facility with hands‑on and computer‑based training.

You will learn to supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, maintain records, and liaise with administrators. A high school diploma is preferred; hospitality experience and strong organization are assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Must have computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
