Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is offering an Environmental Services Manager in Training program in Palm City, FL. This paid 12-week program will prepare you to manage environmental services in a long-term care facility with hands-on and computer-based training.

You will learn to supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. The program supports career development and advancement within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to follow policies and directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
