Position Summary

Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within our established company. Over approximately 16 weeks, you will undergo comprehensive training covering:

• General Training & Comprehension: Perform and teach various housekeeping and laundry duties, operate industrial cleaning equipment.
• Leadership Development: Assist in training, quality control, and staff development according to policies and standards.
• Policies & Procedures: Learn to ensure quality, safety, and customer service standards are met, adhering to all regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain records related to income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Training & Quality Control: Responsible for staff training and quality assessments using QCIs.
• Leadership Responsibilities: Handle payroll, staffing, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory, and budgeting.

Additional responsibilities include effective communication, safety adherence, punctuality, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Leadership skills post-training to perform responsibilities independently and safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills, including web-based reporting.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
• Residence within the service area.
