Position Summary

Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 16-week interactive training experience focusing on managing accounts, including:

  • General Training & Comprehension: Hands-on experience with housekeeping, laundry, and equipment operation.
  • Leadership Development: Training in staff support, quality control, and compliance.
  • Policies & Procedures: Learning to uphold standards, safety, and quality in service delivery.
  • Reporting: Maintaining records on finances, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • Training & Quality Control: Overseeing staff training and quality assurance.
  • Leadership Skills: Managing payroll, staffing, purchasing, inventory, and budgeting.

Additional responsibilities include effective communication, safety adherence, punctuality, and providing excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks.
  • Leadership skills post-training to operate independently without injury.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Ability to lift, push, and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Residence within the service area.
