Position Summary
Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program is a 16-week interactive training designed to develop your management skills through hands-on and computer-based learning. The program covers:

• Job responsibilities across housekeeping and laundry roles, including equipment operation.
• Leadership development, staff training, and quality control.
• Policy adherence, safety, inventory, and customer service standards.
• Record keeping, reporting, and managerial responsibilities such as staffing, payroll, and budgeting.
• Effective communication, safety protocols, and resident interaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with basic computer skills, punctuality, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with vaccination policies. Applicants must reside in the service area.
