Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 16-week interactive learning experience, combining hands-on and computer-based training. The program covers:

6. Managerial Responsibilities (payroll, staffing, budgeting)
7. Communication
8. Safety Protocols
9. Customer & Resident Experience

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic computer skills, punctuality, ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and residency in the service area are also necessary. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
