Job summary

Healthcare Services Group is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. You will ensure compliance with policies and coordinate activities with administrators and staff, fostering a safe and clean environment for residents.

The role requires supervision experience in healthcare housekeeping, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff across shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with staff, residents, and guests.
