Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital service department.
• Preferred: 3 years experience in supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, infection control policies, and disaster response processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise Environmental Services to maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly hospital environment.
• Coordinate services to keep Bend service areas clean, comfortable, and safe.
• Perform quality assurance checks daily and respond to customer requests.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and orientation of caregivers; provide training and coaching.
• Maintain staffing schedules within budget; monitor compliance and safety requirements.
• Provide reports to support surveys, inspections, and audits.
• Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements using Value Improvement practices.
