Qualifikationen

• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry aide duties across shifts.
• Train staff, perform quality control, and lead in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects.
