Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations while delivering exceptional resident care and service quality.

You will oversee staff training, safety practices, and daily operations, coordinating with administrators and building occupants. A commitment to excellence and teamwork is essential to enhance customer and resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff; ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead light and heavy housekeeping and laundry tasks across shifts.
• Oversee staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Serve as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
• Ensure safety; proper use of cleaning solutions and PPE.
