Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. The role focuses on ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service while coordinating with facility administrators and staff.

The position requires supervising multiple teams, maintaining compliance with policies, and driving training initiatives to uphold quality care for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate clearly.
