Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. You will ensure compliance, train staff, and maintain records while liaising with building administrators and residents served by HCSG.

Responsibilities include overseeing shifts, safety, and quality control, with opportunities for nationwide transfer and ongoing development. Strong communication and leadership in healthcare environments are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks.
• Residency within the service area required.

Aufgaben

• Manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff per policies and laws.
• Lead light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, and personnel.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and safety precautions.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions.
• All other duties as assigned.
