New Perspective Senior Living is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead the housekeeping department and ensure the community is well maintained and welcoming for residents. You will oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, elevators, and kitchens while guiding projects and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing budgets, ensuring timely maintenance, and maintaining safety logs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training with expertise in building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchen)
• Strong ability to manage personnel, prioritize projects, and work in a team environment
• Experience in senior living, long-term care, or similar health care settings preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

As the Environmental Services Manager, you will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring that our community's physical property is in excellent condition. You will oversee systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, and kitchens while managing projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. You'll also play a key role in fostering a welcoming, engaging environment for our residents.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to work with electronic devices
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Other duties as assigned
