Job summary

Heritage House is seeking an Environmental Services Lead to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This hands-on role provides housekeeping support and assists the Environmental Services Supervisor with daily operations, staff coordination, and oversight across on-campus and off-campus locations.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, training, paperwork, inventory, and special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Environmental Services experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• At least 1 year of floor care experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and apply effective supervisory skills.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping and floor care duties to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist the Supervisor with planning and scheduling.
• Assist with staff training and oversight.
• Handle department paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Manage inventory and supply ordering.
• Lead staff and support workflow efficiency and best practices.
