Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor at T-Mobile Center to lead daily, event, and post-event housekeeping operations. You will supervise part-time staff and contracted cleaners, coach performance, and ensure safety and high standards of cleanliness and presentation for world-class events.

You will work closely with Operations leadership to deploy staffing resources, monitor quality, and train team members in equipment operation and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety practices.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 40–75 part-time employees and contracted staff during daily, event and post-event cleaning.
• Provide training on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness and guest readiness before, during, and after events.
• Forecast staffing and schedule to meet event requirements.
• Coordinate housekeeping with other venue departments.
