Job summary

The Environmental Services Lead at T-Mobile Center oversees daily housekeeping operations to ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards before, during, and after events. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of housekeeping, custodial, environmental services, hospitality, or related customer service experience.
• Previous lead or trainer experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate work assignments while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily housekeeping operations to meet cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor quality across shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training to new and existing employees on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and follow SDS guidelines; assist with event changeovers and post-event cleanup.
• Communicate issues, staffing needs, and quality concerns to supervisory staff.
