Qualifications

• 2+ years of Environmental Services or Operations experience, ideally in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong infection control knowledge and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee daily work assignments, adjust schedules, and report on team performance.
• Oversee cleaning procedures and ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide coverage as needed, including occasional outreach to outpatient sites.
• Lead training and mentoring of Environmental Services staff.
