Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking staff to clean and service hospital areas and assist in maintaining a neat, orderly, and sanitary environment. This role includes cleaning patient care and public areas, cleaning equipment, and reporting any repairs needed.

The position also involves handling linen flow and acting as a back-up lead to the Environmental Services Manager. As a lead, you will round on assigned areas, instruct and train employees, and prepare daily assignments to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Collects and distributes soiled or clean linen
• Lead: Serves as back up for Environmental Services Manager or Supervisor.
