Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services associates in a specific zone of care.
• Ensure housekeeping activities meet JCAHO and TDH standards.
• Maintain MSDS and inspect handling compliance; manage emergency kits.
• Respond to emergency calls and reassign staff as needed.
• Train staff in cleaning and care-taking tasks.
• Conduct shift-start supply inventory and replenish stock.
• Ensure efficient performance and adherence to health system policies.
• Maintain good guest and staff relations.
