Yona Solutions is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for our skilled nursing facility. You will lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires coordinating department activities, training staff, and maintaining regulatory standards. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a background in healthcare housekeeping are essential. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
• Two years experience in housekeeping services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
• Skilled in motivating and supervising staff members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and quality attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures and equipment.
• Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises department functions and activities.
• Maintains an environment that is sanitary, attractive and orderly.
• Forecasts and plans purchase of cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment.
• Maintains staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate services.
