Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Maintenance Worker in Long Beach, CA to perform plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance. You will handle repairs, operate basic tools, and help keep the facility in top condition during events and normal hours.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of maintenance experience, plus a valid CA driver’s license. Certifications for forklifts may be provided after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years maintenance experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License is required or can be obtained.
• Fork & Boom Lift certifications are a plus and may be provided on site.

Responsibilities

• Conducts plumbing and carpentry repairs as necessary.
• Checks facility doors and performs repairs as necessary.
• Provides basic mechanical and maintenance repairs as necessary.
• Ability to perform paint and drywall repairs (including patching, sanding, and repainting).
• Troubleshoots various maintenance problems around the facility and performs repairs as necessary.
• Ensures that all job assignments are completed as instructed to 100% daily.
• Responsible for keeping the maintenance shop clean and orderly; tools and equipment stored properly.
• Notifies Supervisor if equipment needs repair or supplies are low.
• Follows safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment.
