Job summary

Parkshore Senior Living in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking an Environmental Services Director to lead maintenance operations for a Silvercrest Community. The role is full-time with a salary range of $75,000–$80,000 annually and daytime hours with flexibility for business needs.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years as a building maintenance director; leadership experience is preferred. Licenses such as Boiler and Pool Operator are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience as a building maintenance director is required.
• Prior leadership or supervision of staff is preferred.
• Class 1C Boiler license and Pool Operator license preferred.
• Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment, plumbing and electrical preferred.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
