Job summary

SilverCrest Properties, LLC. is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor for Parkshore Senior Campus. This full-time, day-shift role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with a mission-driven culture focused on safety, cleanliness, and sustainability.

You will lead maintenance operations, ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and manage a diverse set of trades to support resident well-being and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in building operations.
• Boiler license of the class required for that campus and pool license where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standards.
• Execute safe maintenance practices and procedures, hazardous material management, employee right to know, and SilverCrest policies.
• Ensure building codes, fire marshal regulations, OSHA, Health Dept inspections for home care, federal, state, and local codes, life safety and pollution control regulations.
• Possess skills for painting, plumbing, minor repairs, HVAC, electrical, housekeeping.
• Lead and collaborate with a team to foster a culture of excellence in environmental services and waste management.
• Contribute to a warm, inviting atmosphere where residents feel safe.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standards
• Execute safe maintenance practices and procedures, hazardous material management, employee right to know, and SilverCrest policies and procedures as it relates to environmental tasks
• Ensure the practice of building codes, fire marshal regulations, OSHA, Health Dept inspections that may pertain to home care, federal, state, and local codes, life safety and pollution control regulations
• Possess the skills needed for various maintenance roles, such as painting, plumbing, minor repairs, heating and air conditioning, electrical, housekeeping techniques, etc.
• Effectively lead and collaborate with a team to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that all aspects of environmental services, from housekeeping to waste management, are executed efficiently and with utmost care
• Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where the residents can thrive and feel safe in their home

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in building operations
• Must have a Boiler’s License of the class required for that campus and pool license where necessary
• Have the physical, mental, and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
