Job summary

Parkshore Senior Living in St. Louis Park, MN, part of the Silvercrest Community, seeks an Environmental Services Director to lead maintenance, environmental compliance and sustainability efforts in a senior living facility.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate housekeeping, waste management, and facilities operations, while maintaining high attention to detail.

This full-time role offers daytime hours, competitive salary, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience as a building maintenance director is required.
• Prior leadership or supervision of staff is preferred.
• Class 1C Boilers license and Pool Operator license preferred.
• Knowledge of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Chemical Treatment, Plumbing and Electrical preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Use your expertise in building maintenance, environmental regulations and sustainability practices to ensure the facility operates in compliance with industry standards.
• Effectively lead and collaborate with your team to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all aspects of environmental services, from housekeeping to waste management, are executed efficiently with high attention to detail.

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience as a building maintenance director is required.
