Healthcare Services Group, Inc in Gladstone, OR is seeking an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. You’ll supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with management to deliver clean, safe environments for residents.

This role emphasizes team training, quality control, safety practices, and strong communication with building occupants and administrators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Maintain positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/push up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light/heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Ensure safety with protective gear and proper use of cleaning solutions.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with staff and residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required.
