Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 to oversee the operations and lead a team of housekeepers on the 2nd shift at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham in Needham, MA.

The role includes managing a 29-person team across a 73-bed facility with outer buildings, and coordinating a 2:30 PM – 11 PM schedule with occasional weekends and holiday rotations.

About the job

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 to oversee the operations and lead a team of housekeepers on the 2nd shift at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham located in Needham, MA.

This is a 73 bed hospital and several outer buildings with a team of 29 housekeepers and 2 managers reporting to the General Manager. The shift is approximately 2:30PM - 11PM with 1-2 weekends per month and holiday rotation.

Pay Range

$77605 - $100430
