Position Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Custodial Operations Manager 2 at Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City, MO. Reporting to the Facilities Director, this role involves managing day-to-day custodial operations at the school. Our company provides food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions to K-12 schools and college campuses, fostering healthy learning environments and supporting student well-being.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily custodial services operations within the district
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors
• Develop staffing schedules
• Manage payroll, supply orders, and team hiring, training, and development
• Demonstrate leadership and safety training, including equipment use (wet/dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, etc.)
