County of Northampton seeks an Environmental Services Coordinator to administer grant programs and secure funding for solid waste expansion and environmental risk reduction. The position requires a Bachelor's in Environmental Studies or related field and two years of recycling program experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

The Environmental Services Coordinator position is responsible, under direction, for administering grant programs and securing funding for the expansion of solid waste, recycling, and environmental risk reduction opportunities. The individual in this role is also responsible for the implementation of programs ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies as per Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
This position reports directly to the Director of Public Works.
This position is not responsible for the supervision of other employees.
