Responsibilities

• Welcomes and interacts with guests and team members with genuine care and friendliness.
• Cleans floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Vacuuming all floors.
• Cleans, disinfects, and restocks all restrooms.
• Mops floors in public spaces including hotel, restaurants, game room and restrooms.
• Removes trash and debris from floors and bins; disposes outside in dumpster area.
• Creates a safe, accident-free environment and ensures guests feel secure.
• Suggests ideas to upper management to improve productivity.
• Ensures guests enjoy a positive experience due to cleanliness of the property.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Environmental Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining all levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Resort to include all aspects of cleaning in the hotel, restaurants, game room and public spaces.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Position requires sitting, hand-eye coordination, stooping, kneeling and walking/standing for multiple hours in succession. This position may on occasion require lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing of up to approximately 21-50 pounds. Team members must wear all the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. This position may be required to clean the indoor smoking area.
