Job summary

The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking an on-site Environmental Services Associate to maintain clean, safe patient and non-patient areas in our Mass General Brigham system.

This role requires knowledge of cleaning chemicals, operation of floor buffers and vacuums, and the ability to lift and move equipment. It offers a 40-hour work week, competitive hourly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year related cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in line with schedules and infection control guidelines.
• Completes waste stream removal and disposes hazardous waste per procedures.
• Moves furniture, equipment and supplies as needed and maintains sanitary conditions.
• Operates cleaning equipment such as floor machines and buffers.
