Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise environmental services staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards meet regulations.
• Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and supplies.
• Conduct staff training on cleaning, safety, and infection control.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including PPE use.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills.
