Job summary

Amery Hospital & Clinic is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role supports infection prevention by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting areas according to established procedures.

This full-time position (FTE 1.0) offers a 40-hour week with a 2pm–10:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, instruction-following ability, and strong attention to detail.

Job description

The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role plays a critical part in infection prevention by ensuring all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected according to established policies and procedures.

FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: 2pm-1030pm Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or healthcare work experience

• Technology literacy
